Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LeadIQX, operated by Averium Labs LLC ("LeadIQX", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the LeadIQX platform (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you sign up we collect your name, email address, and authentication details (managed via Supabase Auth).
Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe provides us a customer identifier and subscription status.
Usage data. We record your searches, credit transactions, saved lead lists, and basic activity so the Service can function and so you can see your history and consumption.
Lead data. When you run a search, the Service gathers business information from publicly available sources — for example business names, categories, addresses, ratings, published business phone numbers and emails, owner/decision-maker names, website content, and public social profiles. This is business contact information used for B2B prospecting.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service;
- To authenticate you and maintain your account, credits, and history;
- To process payments and manage subscriptions;
- To send transactional and account emails (e.g., welcome, purchase receipts, scheduled pull results) via our email provider, Resend;
- To provide support and respond to your requests;
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues;
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Service Providers We Share With
We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, under agreements that limit their use of it:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and storage;
- Stripe — payment processing and billing;
- Google — source of business listing data;
- Twilio — phone line-type/carrier intelligence;
- Resend — transactional email delivery;
- Instantly and similar tools — only when you connect them and choose to push leads to them, using an API key you provide;
- Vercel — application hosting.
We do not sell your personal account information.
4. Lead Data & Your Role
Lead records may include limited personal information about business contacts (such as an owner's name or a business email). This information is aggregated from public sources for legitimate business outreach. When you export or act on lead data, you become an independent controller of that data and are responsible for using it lawfully — including honoring opt-out, deletion, and suppression requests and complying with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, TCPA, and others).
If you are a business contact who appears in our data and wish to be removed, email privacy@leadiqx.space and we will process your request.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use them for third-party advertising. You can control cookies through your browser, though disabling them may break sign-in.
6. Data Retention
We retain account, billing, and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encrypted transport, row-level access controls on your data, and scoped API access. Sensitive keys are stored as encrypted secrets. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@leadiqx.space. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
9. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States and information may be processed there and in other countries where our providers operate. By using the Service you consent to such processing.
10. Children
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are indicated by the "Last updated" date above, and material changes may be communicated to you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@leadiqx.space or support@leadiqx.space.
